Reruns.tv ("we", "us") is a video content production service operated by iJarvis LLC. We process livestream VOD recordings into finished video content for content creators.
What We Collect
Channel URL — when you submit your channel for a demo or subscribe
Email address — when you subscribe via our payment processor
YouTube OAuth token — when you authorize us to publish to your channel (stored securely on our server, never shared)
VOD transcripts — generated from your stream recordings for AI content analysis (stored on our server, sent to AI providers for processing — transcript content may include in-stream dialogue and character names)
Generated content — video files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags produced from your VODs
We do NOT collect: browsing history, cookies for tracking, personal demographics, or any data beyond what's needed to provide the service.
How We Use Your Data
Process your VOD recordings into video content
Upload finished videos to your YouTube channel (with your authorization)
Send you notifications about your content via Discord or email
Process your subscription payments (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record)
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card information. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data, tax collection, and financial compliance. See their privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Data Storage & Security
Your YouTube OAuth token is stored with file permissions restricted to our server only (chmod 600)
Your channel configuration is stored as a YAML file on our server
Processed video content is uploaded to YOUR YouTube channel — we don't host your videos
We maintain encrypted backups on Cloudflare R2
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties, except:
YouTube (to upload videos to YOUR channel, with your authorization)
Lemon Squeezy (to process YOUR payment)
AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) receive transcript text from your VODs for content analysis — no email addresses, payment info, or account credentials are sent
SendGrid (to send you emails — receives your email address only)
Discord (to send you notifications — receives webhook URLs only, no personal data)
Formspree (to receive demo form submissions — receives your email and channel URL)
Google Fonts (loaded for page styling — your IP address is visible to Google per their privacy policy)
Active accounts: Data is retained while your subscription is active
After cancellation: Configuration archived for 90 days, then deleted
VOD transcripts: Retained for the duration of your subscription, deleted on cancellation
Generated videos: Remain on your YouTube channel (we do not delete them)
Backups: Encrypted offsite backups retained for 30 days after account deletion
Your Rights
Access — request a copy of your data at any time (we will respond within 30 days)
Deletion — request deletion of your data and we will remove it within 30 days
Cancellation — cancel your subscription anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
Revoke YouTube access — revoke our YouTube authorization at any time via your Google account settings
Complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Legal Basis
We process your data based on: (a) performance of our contract with you (your subscription), (b) your consent (when you authorize YouTube access or submit the demo form), and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
