The Service

Reruns.tv provides automated video content production from livestream recordings. We process your VODs into finished videos and publish them to your YouTube channel with your authorization.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid channel URL and email address
• You must authorize YouTube access for us to publish on your behalf
• You are responsible for the content on your channel
• You can cancel anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal

Content Authorization

You may only submit channels and VODs that you own or have explicit authorization to process. By submitting a channel URL, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the channel, or you have written permission from the channel owner
• You have the right to create derivative works from the source VODs
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• You accept full responsibility for any content processed through the service

Submitting a channel you do not own or have authorization to process is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Content Ownership

You own everything we produce. Videos we make from your VODs are yours. We don't claim any ownership, rights, or license to them.

What We Do

• Download and transcribe your VODs
• Extract interesting segments using AI analysis
• Review content quality via multi-agent AI scoring
• Scan for brand safety (profanity, violence thresholds calibrated to your content type)
• Assemble finished videos with titles, thumbnails, and descriptions
• Upload approved content to your YouTube channel as unlisted by default

What We Don't Do

• We do NOT make videos public without your review
• We do NOT access your channel for any purpose other than uploading approved content
• We do NOT share your content with anyone
• We do NOT guarantee any specific view counts, revenue, or growth

Quality & Safety

We use multi-agent AI review and brand safety scanning to filter content before upload. However, AI is not perfect. We recommend reviewing uploaded content (all unlisted by default) before making videos public on your channel.

Payment

Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. All billing, refunds, and disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. See their terms at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.

Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 operation but do not guarantee uptime. Processing times depend on VOD length and queue depth. We are not liable for delays or interruptions in service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iJarvis LLC, Reruns.tv, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your submission of content you do not own or have authorization to process
• Any claim that content processed through your account infringes a third party's intellectual property rights
• Your violation of these terms

Limitation of Liability

Reruns.tv is provided "as is." We are not liable for any content uploaded to your channel, any revenue impact, or any third-party claims related to your content. You agree to review content before making it public. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content processed through Reruns.tv infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-notification: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including: (1) identification of the removed material, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, (3) your name, address, and phone number, (4) consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and (5) your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complaining party and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.

Repeat infringer policy: Accounts that receive three valid DMCA takedown notices will be permanently terminated.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• Processing stops immediately
• Already-uploaded videos remain on your YouTube channel (they're yours)
• Your configuration is archived (not deleted) for 90 days in case you resubscribe
• YouTube OAuth authorization can be revoked in your Google account settings

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
